I have been wearing tights for many years and I also experience erections while wearing them. I usually wear my supplex tights because they don't show the erection as obviously as the spandex tights. I have seen many other men wearing tights on the running path where I run. I have noticed that many of them have erections also. So this must be a comman effect of wearing tights.
