I wear tights all the time when I run and I frequently experience erections from wearing tights. I think the soft material squeezing so tight is what causes this. Sometimes I will have an erection from the time I put my tights on until I take them off. I run on a path at a forest preserve so I don't think many people notice that I am excited about wearing tights.
