I also get horny when I'm running in my tights. I think it's the tightness of the material as it rubs against my penis. I quite often experience erections while wearing tights. I always try to keep this covered with a jacket or sweatshirt so that the public does not have to view my excited state. An erection in tights is very difficult to conceal.
