I am a great fun of tennis, I can't live without it, but bad luck and injuries are troubling me recently. First it was the Achilis Tendonitis, it got so bad that I coul hardly walk, I stopped playing for almost two months and had it cured but when I was playing tennis last Saturday getting ready for a big match the following week I felt pain in my calf as if someone hit me hard with a tennis ball and I realised that I can't walk and if I try to move I feel a terrible cram like pain in the calf. I wasn't sure what happened but I found out later that it was probably partially torn soleous. I miss playing tennis, and there is no tennis without sudden jumps and sprints, so you can't take it slowly and gradually. I am at a complete loss here. If any one has some experience with that, I would appreciate advice. You can email me at kubek@cheerful.com. I hope someone responds, I will return all mails, that's a promise.
