Sorry I wasn't specific enough. I will try and explain a little more. Let me know if you need further help.

- You should only do the hills, not 7k plus the hills. The 7k figure is just an approximation of the distance you will cover. It depends on the size of hill and number of repeats. It is just there as a guide. Ignore it.

- The pace is also just a guide. It represents an average of the distance and time figures. Up the hill you will be going hard and down the hill slow. The average shouldn't be of much significance to the actual workout. It is just there as a statistic.
