Hi Paul, I've a problem to interpret the following program and can't find a comparable example in the help files: hills: 6k in 30m at 5m2s pace 10min WU, 8x hills@85%, 10min CD. - Total distance 6k means 8 x 750m uphill ? (or incl. downhill distance) {6k x 5min/k =30min} - The pace I'm able to realize (@85%)depends on the incline (and my capability of course :)why 5m2s ? - 85% related to straight percentage or HRR? (I also read the help topic about hill repeats)
