Currently RunCoach only generates automatic plans for running. If you want to add cycling workouts to the plan you can. Simply edit any of the entries when RunCoach is displaying the plan. You can also copy, paste and delete daily or weekly entries by rightly clicking the mouse when hovering over a particular day.
I am looking into the ability to produce plans for other sports in version 2 of RunCoach. The real key in other sports such as cycling and swimming is that form and style play a significant part. How do I incorporate tehes aspects of performance improvement is one of the issues.
