Hi. Quite good times. Converting from an interval session to a race performance can be prone to error. Mostly because of the type of rest you have in the 'rest' part of the interval. Using races at closer distances can give you a good indication. The RunCoach performance predictor is quite good at that

If I have to take a stab it should translate into about a 16min 5k time plus or minus about 30 seconds.
