Paul,
I thought you might be able to pass on some suggested race strategies for young runners in 1,600 to 3,200 meter races based upon where their skills lie, in a broad sense. That is, how should a kicker approach these distances versus an talented runner who can't rely on their kick? Obviously, the personality of the field, the venue and the stakes would all play a part, but is their any way you can condense some thoughts on these matters?
Regards
Chad
