Paul,
I'm desperate for some general advice from someone in the know about recovering from a respiratory illness and still trying to competitively run.
We've had a runaway bronchial epidemic here in the Northeast and a lot of our young runners are trying to ride it out or come back as quickly as possible. What are some do's and don'ts in this department?
