Hello everyone,
My name is Michael and at this very late stage I have just been offered a place in the April London Marathon by my local charity! It is an opportunity that I feel that I want to take up. I am not a regular runner but I have a strong determination and a will to succeed. I have been out for several forty minute runs and find that I do slip into a grove and can cope. Do any of you here have any suggesstions for me or feel that I am putting myself at risk. Oh and by the way, I am 28 years old. Any advice would be must welcome!
