Thanks for your positive comments about RunCoach.
Your suggestions are good ones and I will add them to the list of enhancements. The .RBK file is a compressed copy of the /DATA directory(folder) below the RunCoach Directory. When you restore it overwrites the existing contents. I will look into a 'merge' possibility.
One possibility could be to use a CSV file as an intermediary. I am in the process of adding a CSV file import capability to RunCoach (due early next millenium). Using the existing export you could do a merge using the CSV capability. Load the old data, export to CSV, load the new data, then import from the CSV file.
The suggestion regarding sport on the export function should be easy to implement and I should get it into the next release.
