I have a six month hamstring injury. Running for 20 years. Pulled in a race. 60% or better improved but can't get over the hump. Have rested, iced, antiinflam meds, stretch, elastic thigh wrap...The pull now is high near the attachment rather than the muscle itself where it started. I can jog a few miles but the next day I can feel it again. Anything else to try? Physical therapy? Back to just walking? Complete rest again? Thanks. RGB
