The 'Grid index out of Range' error is a known problem but is difficult to replicate. It causes no data or other problems but seems to happen randomly on exit. It seems to be related to the applications that you have open at the time.
If you can let me know a way to reliably duplicate it I would be grateful. I have some examples but more would be better.
Don't worry about it affecting your data!
