Hi,
Finding a coach can be a difficult process until we find one that we feel comfortable with.
I see that you are still at school. This may mean that you don't have much say in the choice of coach. This can be more difficult but be prepared to discuss things through with them. Just bottling up your disagreements can cause more trouble in the long run.
Whatever happens, be sure to constantly question the advice you are given and make sure that it makes sense. Sometimes this may mean trying something on faith but just because we have a coach doesn't mean we should stop thinking.
