You don't seem to be having much luck!
eVend have indicated that they are stopping their service in the near future. To avoid issues with payments I have deactivated payments through their system. The best way to register currently is using the Public Software Library, details of which are provided on the registration page on this site. A direct URL is as follows:

The listserver is up and running and should be working. I get all email to the sportscoach.com.au domain and I have received several messages in the last few hours. Sometimes there are glitches on the net. Try again, after checking the address, and let me know if you still have problems.
