I downloaded an evaluation copy of RunCoach. This is by far the best training log and planning program I have seen.
I have 4 questions:
1)Is there a report other than the graph that shows actual vs plan for the Current Program. The graph is nice but I want to see total miles and variations in workouts. A report would help me see my total program and help adjust my plan as needed based upon a complete picture of my training.
2) I run my intervals on a 440y track. I currently convert the plan distances and times from meters to yards. (e.g. for 1000m @ 4m0s intervals I run 1320y @ 4m50s ). Is there a way to show the plan interval distances in yards rather than meters?
3) I am planning to register my version 1.0.2d before my evaluation runs out. Will there be a charge to go to the .3 beta release?
4) Is there a way to easily display the current plan screen from the main screen without pulling down the COACH menu, then PLAN A PROGRAM, then REVIEW A PROGRAM. A toolbar button to display the current plan would be nice.
