Hi! I'm going to have my 1st marathon at the end of this month. I don't know what to advice with respect to your preculiar problem but I just want to be kind of encouragement, that if someone with diabetics can run a marathon, you are going to bring hopes to many, many people, and that is a great answer to many question asked by those contained in hospital! Anyway, what you accomplish, you shown us that less that 100% healthy people can be as ambitious as, or even more ambitious than those perfectly healthy people!
By the way, don't ever worry about if Paul will answer you or not. He never reply more than 24hours after you deliver your question. Let's pay tribute to Paul!
