Depending on your ISP's caching software often a page isn't updated immediately. This may have caused the problem with the multiple posts.

The heart rate recommedations are usually the ones to use. They are more accurate if you have provided some information about yourself. The information that is most critical is your waking or resting pulse and your maximum pulse. If RunCoach doesn't have this information it makes estimates based on your age, sex and years of training.

Any interval and AT runs ahould be based on pace rather than heart rate. The AT runs are dependent on your threshold (lactic, anaerobic) and RunCoach's pace information provides a better estimate.
