Sorry if this is the wrong way to get possible bug info to you, but here goes.
I turned the system clock on my PC to leap day, 2000, so that I could do some software testing. I use an NT 4.0 OS. The RunCoach application came up with an error dialog that said, "Invalid argument to date encode." After pressing the OK button, the application came up with a lot of garbage on the screen. I changed the system clock back to February 28, 2000, and the application came up correctly. You might want to check this out.
