David,
Congratulations on achieving the marathon distance in training. Normally I don't recommend this to people as recovery can take some time if you are not used to the distance and speed. I hope that you were taking it easy during this long run and that the pace was at least a minute per mile slower than your planned race pace.
If you take it easy and recover fully then it should give you good confidence during the marathon.
Remember only light training from now on.
