i hurt my knee well at laest i think that i did. i don't run very often about once a week or so but i think that i might have hurt my knee while skiing. anyway, when i am even walking it hurts. it hurts just as i am bending the knee forward to take another stride. other than that it doesn't hurt. well i hope that you can help me even a little advice will do thanx
