Hi all,
I have written and article abou the Internet and Running. It is mostly targetted at people who haven't used the internet but may have something of interest to everyone. It is located at

It was published in my local running clubs newsletter, and I thought it might be useful as a template for others. Feel free to copy and use the article to educate others about how the Internet can help in their running.
You may wish to make the following changes:
- change references to my local club (West Australian Marathon Club) to your club
- replace Ray Boyd with a person who your readers might know
- delete references to RunCoach if you feel it is too much like advertising :-)
