I have tried backing up and restoring on a different computer then printing and it works fine for me :-)
Your need to firstly backup the data to a rbk file using the 'file' then 'backup' menu option. Copy the .rbk file to a disk then on the RunCoach version at work use the 'file' 'restore' menu option and choose the rbk file on the floppy drive.
Once restored you can use the print a program a number of ways. If the program is the current program then using the 'report' 'current program' menu option will print it. If no current program is active (it needs to be set) then go into the 'Coach' 'Plan a Program' Review a Program' menu item. Select the program you want to print then click on the print button.
If you still have problems then email me a copy of the .rbk file. I will then restore it and try and replicate the problem on my computer.
