Jenny,

Currently RunCoach is primarily designed for recording running training. I have made provision in the database to extend this to multisports and plan to do this in the future. Currently you can enter just time workouts(eg Weights, gym, aerobics etc) and RunCoach will record, print and graph them. You can also input sports other than running and create a new Workout Type that describes the sport (eg cycling). This workout type will be printed out so you can identify the different sports. This is the best way of doing it until I put in the multisport input screens.

In terms of "planning a program" you can tell RunCoach to limit your running to only three days per week for instance and even tell it which of the days you can run. It will then generate a running program that could be fitted in with another sport on the other three days. This ability allows other sports to be meshed, without overlapping.
