Thanks Paul. It works.
There is a problem in the planner. On the long runs on the speed phase of the plan the pace displayes a 5m 49s for 22mile. The overall time is correct at 2h 51m. The print out is consistant 7m49s for 22 miles = 2h51m.
I'm glad I saw the printout was 7m 79s as I don't think I can run a 5m 49s pace for 22 miles.
